Introduction
The Homely app is a service provider app for both landlords, property owners & Tenants. It’s a real estate app where a landlord can easily sell or rent his/her own property by placing their properties of houses on the homely app and finding suitable tenants.
Problems
Main 5 challenges for tenants in Nigeria
- Finding apartments that do not meet your taste or standard.
- Estate agents are not very honest about details and can frustrate you.
- Most times the budget is less than the price in relation to the location and the picture of the apartment that the tenants planned for.
- Fake Agents who just want to waste your time by showing you fake apartments.
